We know our double-hung, sliding, bay, bow, picture, specialty and casement windows can withstand the extreme weather swings Nature can dish out for decades. We test our products all the time, but we conducted our first, long-term durability study a few years ago. 10-Year Warranty on Components Other Than the Glass
The non-glass portions of our windows, like locks, are warranted to be free from manufacturing, material and workmanship defects for 10 years. With proper maintenance, the secondary parts of our products shouldn’t fail under normal conditions.
2-Year Warranty on Original Installation
Our window installation services come with a two-year warranty to protect you against workmanship errors during the critical first months after replacement. In case of failure due to incorrect installation, we’ll return to bring the workmanship back up to our high standards.
