Hi, my name is Doug Hartzell, I was born in Ohio and joined the Air Force straight out of high school, which brought me to Texas. I loved serving my country and being in the Air Force. I achieved the rank of E-7 Master Sergeant and when I left the Air Force, I decided to stay in Texas, as I love the people, the culture, and the weather. When I’m not working, I enjoy spoiling my two grandchildren in Houston, and my lovely wife, Charlotte. My favorite thing to do is to help people and solve problems.
