HOA Specialist

Under general supervision of the Operations Specialist, is responsible for handling all aspects of assisting homeowners with their HOA approval. Assists in preparing documents and applications for the homeowner.

Monitor HOA Report Daily

Work through your assigned projects from oldest to newest.

Notate within Rforce for when there are updates, notifying proper personnel

Assist Homeowners who may need to apply themselves by preparing documents and communicating via text/email or by phone

Check pending applications weekly and follow up on projects as needed. Ensure a 48 hr turnaround on any applications that a homeowner must submit.

Call homeowners or HOAs to check if they’ve received an approval

Other duties as assigned.

Language Ability: Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.

Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
