Canvass Field Marketing Manager

The Canvass Field Marketing Manager will lead our team of field marketers. This position is crucial in driving lead generation and revenue growth. It requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers focused on lead generation.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement company-provided training and methodology for effective door-to-door lead generation strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals through qualify leads and effective communication interdepartmental.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
  • Ensure that team members are well-equipped to represent the company professionally with uniform standards and effectively through performance management.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain minimum performance standards.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team success.
  • Foster positive relationships within the company, including with HR, Recruiting, Sales, Inside Sales Center and others and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all door-to-door lead generation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and implement best practices as directed by department manager.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to department manager.

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred but not required
  • At least 2yrs of Experience in Door to Door
  • At least 2yr of Supervisory/Leadership Experience
  • Prior Experience within the Construction or Home improvement Industry is a Plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
